Designing your Dream Kitchen
July 15, 2015Designing Your Dream Kitchen
By coming into our showroom, you have already taken the first step towards having a kitchen you can be proud of.
To make sure that we create the perfect kitchen for you, there are a few things that need to be done once you have decided to have your kitchen designed by us.
To start with, it is important for us to clearly understand your needs. For this reason, our design consultant will complete a needs analysis based on questions you will be asked during the consultation process. This will help the consultant to suggest the appliances, accessories and materials that will best suit your needs.
The more information you give at this stage, the closer the initial design will be to what you really want. Designing a kitchen is not just about the cupboards and appliances, its about the people who use it. Only by understanding you better can we create a kitchen which will allow you to express yourself in whichever way you choose.
The quoting and design process for an average-sized kitchen can take a design consultant up to five hours – we need sufficient time to ensure that you get a kitchen that will always be your pride and joy.
Helping us to Create the Perfect Kitchen
We are keen to give you the kitchen you really want, but we can only do that with your help. After all, nobody knows your dreams better than you. Here are some pointers we would like you to keep in mind during the process:
We can only design to the extent that you share with us – so please feel free to share anything that will help us create the ideal kitchen for you. This includes showing us pictures of kitchens you like, ideas about colour combinations, and even the ways in which you expect to use your new kitchen.
We know you are excited about your dream kitchen, but please give us sufficient time to effectively interpret who you are, what your kitchen will be used for and what choices you enjoy, into your kitchen design.
Use our literature and resources to prepare yourself for the process, and ask if at any time things are not clear.
